delicious breakfast perfect location kind staff
The breakfast had LOTS of options, it was delicious! the location is perfect, near a mall and restaurants. the staff was very kind. They helped me with everything i needed.

The staff was very attentive and always reacted positively to my requests. I felt very welcomed. the team was very professional, providing immediate assistance when needed. they handled everything smoothly!

The onsite parking was useful. Valet service was quick. Breakfast was good. The housekeeping was great. My room was always clean.
The room I booked with a queen bed was unavailable when I arrived. I got a room with twin beds instead. Basic items like a toothbrush were missing.

Decent Stay. Some Issues
sporadic room service disorganized valet parking
The location was acceptable. It's reasonably close to the main attractions.
The room service was sporadic. It only happened once during my entire stay. Valet parking was disorganized. They misplaced my car. I found it later parked outside with bird droppings, a real treat. I asked for assistance with my bags at checkout, but they said they were short-staffed and couldn't help, so much for customer service.

warm staff attentive staff super clean room tidy room
the housekeeping and hospitality impressed me greatly. the staff were very great. the housekeeping team kept my room super clean and tidy. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
the room service was only done once , i consider it a basic service in any hotel.

the hotel features multiple fast elevators for easy access to higher floors. there is also a swimming pool and a workout room located on the 20th floor, offering great city views. guests can choose to use the stairs up to the 20th floor.

joyce at the restaurant welcomed us warmly and explained everything about breakfast. she continuously checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, which, we appreciate. the receptionist was very cute upon check-in too.
